Last Sept. I posted a rant about the tenants-at-will living at my brother's home after he passed away.
I served them with a 60 day eviction. It ran it's course, they never moved out and so I had to go the next step. Unlawful Detainer.
I submitted the paper work, identifying the people. What they look like, clothes they wear and any vehicles they might drive.
Paid a bundle because each bum is being sued by me as the administrator of the estate.
After being served a second time, in thirty days they get cuffed if they are still there.

So how is it going? Nada. Covid-19 screwed us all and that includes the process out here
in Kalif. to rid the parasites that killed their host, my brother.
The coroner's cause of death.... Methamphetmine Intoxication. A 65 yr old bed ridden invalid.
Lost revenue for renting the house for 8 months ...20K.

All I want is to refurbish the house and get my daughter and her Mother a home next door to my 94 yr old Pop.
Before my parents gave the home to my little brother, it was my Dad's parents home for 30 years.

Not one of these tenants have ever paid any rent to my Brother. Can't believe how things work out.

I hope the courts and judges go back to work soon.
