I have owned a 2001 C4 and now I have a 2004 C4S. Both incredible cars. My C4 always had a weird candle wax or oil smell that would come from it after driving. I would always have my mechanic look for an oil leak but they would always tell me it was dry. I purchased the C4S in January and it has the exact same smell after driving. What the hell is this smell? My dad's 73 S always smelled like oil but air cooled cars just always have that smell.
