Wife called this week about some fresh oysters. Local winery usually offers them on site- due to covid- wine / oyster takeout only.

Well Damn.

I over ordered, wanting briney oysters. Wife/neighbors wanted smoother oysters.

I said- eff' it order alot, and was concerned we ordered way too many.

WAY TOO MANY!

Neighbors came over, brought real shucking knives. All the sauces. They are pros.

At end of night- No oysters left. I've only got three or four puncture wounds- will count in morning.

Those suckers go down quick!
