I got majorly hacked when I was on cable modem. I relied on the ISP firewall which I found out is useless. Totally f-ed up my hard drive. Only recourse was to re-format.
I have a wireless system which has a firewall, ISP firewall and a firewall/anti-virus software...totally paranoid now. It keeps track of how many hack attemps...I have had as many as 200 in one day. It records where they come from and I typically will send emails to ISP'ers to inform them of their customers illegal activity.
To get back to your original question...don't know. Don't you just love these value added posts?
