Not a disaster. Just funny.
I attended University of Oregon. Where Animal House was filmed. I joined a fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi. Our house was featured in the movie as the big white fraternity next door to the AH. It was in fact, next door.
At the time, late 1980's, the AH was just a ratty old shack with some drunks living in it.
My fraternity had a mascot. A large St. Bernard named Baron. That dog left very large piles of crap. My buddy (later to rise all the way to Lieutenant in the local sheriffs department) had the job of clean up.
He took a shovel and flung the crap over the fence into the AH yard as it was sort of abandoned.
Fast forward to my Junior year. The AH is demolished and a new building is constructed for a women's clinic.
Buddy continues his former disposal method. Over the fence.
A hazard of living next to a fraternity I guess.
