The driver's side mirror has a cable and is adjustable with that cable, but no electronics. The passenger side is just 100% manual and works just fine.
I agree with Paul, the dash on most new cars are just like a space ship. My wife's Macan is like a space ship compared to either of my cars for the 1980s, but all cars are. There is no way to get all the information to the driver without the complex displays. I have to get out and use a tire pressure gauge to check the tire pressure on my cars. The mandatory back up cameras require a display of some sort.

My summer car has no side or rear windows and no passenger side mirror. No power steering and no power brakes. (Confession, it has a GPS speedometer because the VDO hall effect speedo was crap).
It does have electronic ignition so no points to adjust so modern enough.
