When I had roommates in college I wish I had the opportunity to find out if they were:
Smoker?
Neat or messy? Do you wash or leave dishes in the sink.
Do drugs?
Stay up all hours?
Like parties?
Are you willing to help clean on a regular basis
Play your music loud or wear earbuds instead?
