Had a 32 Packard Light 8 sedan. Ended up selling it, as we never drove it much. My dad got it in 62' from the original owner and drove it for a while until the radiator plugged up. Then pulled the radiator, had it re-cored and put the radiator in the back see and put the car in the warehouse we owned. It sat there for over 15 years. When I got married, I redid the paint and chrome to use it as our wedding car. Sign on the back could have said "Wet paint" instead of "Just Married"! drove it around like it was till the motor got a stuck valve and was tired. Had the body pulled and the whole chassis rebuilt by a Packard specialist. After that we hardly ever drove it and just got tired of it sitting around, and taking up space. Sold it for a loss as no one wants cars of this age, and you can't really use them like a car. Its more like a large golf cart, and just how many parades can you do. I don't miss it at all. Now the oldest I have is my 1980 Unimog, and the 84' and 85' Mercedes W123's.
