Neg test 72 hours prior to departure. Working with CVS and Walgreens to do the tests at $140, plus $20. Hy's had an employee test positive, earlier this week. Was not in the news, but a good friend is an employee there.
As for the quarantine, there is a group on the lookout for the quarantine breakers that works directly with the Attorney General's office. If quarantined, you can't even go out to get food. You need to have it delivered by Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grubhub... You can stay at a regular hotel, or at a rental. If at a hotel, those with electronic key cards, will give you a single use key card. You go out, you are locked out. You ask the front desk for a new card and they may call HPD on you.
If you are caught and arrested, you can post bail of $2k or more and be released. However, that release usually means being taken to the airport and put on a plane. Also, if you are caught, there is a very good chance your name and picture will be in the news media.
