I will not be posting to this thread any longer. have started one in the conversion forum. and just saw GM has released a new LS7, hotter cams (570hp) and wet sump and a lower price...
almost have the engine in the 951, need to remove the alternator to get it in.
new shop partner is doing great. constantly busy and his son and a friend have been cleaning up the fenced in lot, hacking down all the vines on the fence and all the weeds.
after both of us using small compressors, he has decided to get a new elec motor for the old compressor. the small one runs constantly and he figures it is only a matter of time before it buns out.
911 has been sitting recently for me to get the engine in the 951 and that back on the road. then the focus will be the 911.
and just got the rear torsion plates from Shaun. one last gratuitous pic.
