I’ve been cooking Vietnamese food for years. Making the stock for pho is not something I’d recommend at home. Much cheaper and much faster to just go to a pho restaurant when you want some.

Plenty of cookbooks out there, no need to talk about recipes here. I will suggest that any condiments you buy, you pay attention to where they come from.
