It is also best to inform the the potential buyer that at least 5 years worth of appreciation is expected in the initial offer for any offer to be taken seriously.

The potential buyer needs to understand that with these great opportunities they must be willing to pay tomorrow’s prices today.

Setting these buyers up is a art form in itself.

I would never consider a selling source that advertised anything other than POA when searching for someone to represent my vintage sports cars.
