rear bumper shock

my passenger side rear bumper is pushed in a little, which is causing the plastic on the side to bend and push out. Can this shock be pulled back out? or replaced? i noticed there is a screw underneith the bumber that looks like it may adjust the fluid inside or something?
Does anybody know if that plastic peice on the side is replaceable?
If anybody knows where to get either the shock or the body piece (a url) or how much, that would be a great help.
