I finally met someone local who tested positive .
I tried to hook up with the local Luthier to set up my old Strat back in early Feb. I was supposed to meet him on Saturday. He texted me that day, and said his wife was gravely sick, and could we please reschedule . We were to meet again, the next weekend and then he was sick. Within the next few weeks, the whole Covid thing blew up and we lost touch.
The week after this whole ordeal, was right about the same time my whole family was sick, with what I am sure was Covid. No one can convince me otherwise. It was a sickness like I have never experienced, and all my symptoms lined up exactly with what others were reporting .

Anyhow, this week, Greg texted me , and asked if I still wanted my guitar worked on. I just delivered it to him an hour ago. Super cool guy, he has a gold stratocaster for a mailbox .
We were shooting the breeze, and he said that both him, and his wife tested positive for the antibodies . His wife is a nurse, and he an EMT , they got tested out of curiosity because it seemed to be just too much of a coincidence .
The professionals all told us that it was not in the area at this time. No way we could have had it . These are the same people I am supposed to trust with the next outbreak . Hog wash .
Im still wearing my mask, and towing the line. Its just easier , but I gotta be honest. I don't wholeheartedly trust " the science " .
