As I understand it, the schools have to provide their plans 30 days before start of school. It cannot be entirely distance learning but it’s up to the individual districts to decide on how much is online.
I know for my kids, the last 3 months of school was the equivalent of having a sub every day for every class. Nothing but busy work.
