I've been mixing it with balsamic vinegar and dipping bread in it. But I ran out of one I like a lot ...
I have some French olive oil to tap into next but it is very mild in flavor.
Then for the cheap stuff (for cooking) I have some that is surprisingly good for the price from the local organic/vegetarian/sustainable/small biz/ yada-yada place near me. They sell it in bulk.
