I bought the Milwaukee version and loved it. Then one day I noticed something internal was broken as it would not tighten up more than a few inch pounds. I took it to a local factory service facility and it was under warranty. It took them several weeks to get the parts. The repair guy said had several just like mine in for service. I guess I was the lucky one to get one with a defective part.
It was fixed for free, and all I lost was the several weeks of non use and two trips of 14 miles to drop it off and pick it up. I used it a lot just yesterday.
