Are you sure the cracks are in the leather itself, or just in the surface dye? I had a 928GT that the seats had been dyed so many times it looked like paint, and had cracked creases. I used a solvent to strip the seats down to the raw leather and they were actually okay underneath. I did a lot of conditioning on the leather and used Leatherique dye to refinish them. They actually turned out quite good.
