If you want it to be really juicy and liquid, then Tri-Flow. It's what the gun nuts use on their guns. And the bike nuts too...
If you want it to be more like a grease, then CRC Red Grease, it's in a spray can, but almost immediately gels up and becomes something like wheel bearing grease, but at the tip of the tube...where you point it...
