I am so happy that I am NOT a professional mechanic. Dang I am slow. Everything is back together except the muffler still needs to go back on. I would have bet $50 that I had a muffler gasket in my stock. I would have lots that bet. So today I have to run to a local Porsche repair shop and pick up the one they have, less than 7 bucks.
I wrestled for a long time trying to get the engine mount crossmember bolted back on. The holes on the engine pulley cradle bracket were no aligning with he bar. Then I finally had a Homer Simpson DOH! moment and realized the engine was 2 inches lower than it is supposed to be. So a few pumps of the floor jack, and things went right together.
If any of you 911 owners need your pulley seal replaced I am available. 16 hours of labor plus parts. And my labor rate is way higher than the local dealership so budget 3 or 4 grand for me to do it. Of course I do extra stuff like paint the sheet-metal that has to be removed, and I waxed the pulley to get it clean.
