Funny you mention it Toby! Friday nite I was zoomin a class load of 23 sports students who were hungry as Larry! Just after 9 pm when class was supposed to be over and we were talking about foreign food because it was the text chapter I said: I haven't had dinner either buds, but we are having tacos tonite! I ran to the kitchen and grabbed a flour tortilla cooked and held it in front of the camera.
I say, these are Mexican Tacos! Look at the picture in the book! Tonite we're doin chicken spicy tacos, over top of the meat, chopped red onion, tomatoes, and lettuce and avacado of course AND Jalapenos! Then I looked them all in the eye and said: these are hot Mexican peppers that will burn your mouth!!
One day you'll have to teach me how to do them perfectly like they are supposed to be done. I'm pretty good, but I want the Real McCoy tacos. I think you know how to do those. One day..
