if you want real quiet.. Zimmers..Winchester Z..
basically .22 long with little more then a primer charger and a smidgeon of powder..
I shot those in my garden out of a .22 TR rifle.. makes less noise then a .22 break air rifle
only noise is the bullet hitting the bullet catch...
