STATEMENT OF INTERMENT, CREMATION and WISHES
I, David Martin, the undersigned, having previously executed a Last Will and Testament on the date hereof, hereby state that, in addition to the directives and bequests set forth in said Last Will and Testament, it is my desire that my remains be cremated.
My further wishes and directives are as follows: I don't want some somber funeral. I want my friends and family to have many drinks and talk about all the crazy **** I did in life. I don't want to take up space in the ground. I'd like my ashes spread someplace interesting, maybe somewhere I haven't been. Preferably somewhere nice
