Brent, I have one like that. It is great, especially for cloning a drive as a backup. I love it.
As you can see the power connection on the left is a bit wonky, and off center. To prevent the necessity of de-soldering all the connections of the interface board, even the parts not used, I just cut one of the new replacement parts up and had him only remove the power part, and replace that.
It ended up a bit too crooked to go into the external drive enclosure since it is fixed in place as a single connection. A separate cable, one for power, and one for data is a tight fit, but works great.
The old drive is just a one TB drive, and it will go back on the shelf and not used. Someday in the future, I might chunk it out. It works fine, inside a computer so it could be useful.
