I had two wrecked cars towed in here in the last few weeks. I am not a body shop, so I do not really deal with the insurance companies on a regular basis .
The adjuster asked if I could send him a few photos . He then went on to tell me what he wanted photos of .
4 corners, front , sides, rear, interior , engine, speedometer, vin # all 4 tires, pictures of undercarriage, and damages to the body, both underside, and visible .
His email address would not take the photos when I tried to send them the first time, so then he got all pissy with me about sending them over asap. I tried to politely inform him, that I am busy doing my own job at the moment, and cant just drop everything . By the time we took all the photos, converted them, and then sent them , we had close to an hour wrapped up in it .
Second car, different insurance company, they asked me to do the same thing.
Are they no longer dispatching adjusters ?
