Speaking of obsolete fools, few are worse than Corvette owners. Seems like the majority of C7 and earlier owners hate the C8, just because it's new and different, and demonstrably superior in nearly every way (and actually costs less!). There is some seriously impressive technology in the C8. Funny to see the old fools whining about how they don't trust the "electronic brake pedal." It's not electronic, there's a goddamn metal rod connected directly to the master cylinder, as you can see in the video. It also has an "electronic" booster and pressure monitoring. Smart.
Nothing wrong with a good, simple pushrod V8.
No manual transmission, which is sad, but I can understand why they did it.
