Well Here's what I found. Apparently the previous owner had a security system . I disconnected the wires to the relay and installed a jumper. Im now getting 12v to the yellow wire but still doesn't turn the starter. As for the hardware and wires do i just start pulling it all out? I don't want/need the systems. Would prefer to keep it simple.
