And where are you getting 12v on the yellow wire? Is this the yellow wire at the solenoid end? Have you pulled the yellow wire off the solenoid and got 12v when turning the key to start? Again, suggests faulty solenoid if it is getting 12v at terminal 50 and the starter not turning.
