I’ve seen worse as well, (I’m from Minnesota), and I’ve also seen better in the junkyard in SoCal. Many times.
I can rebuild that engine as well as anyone in the free world but that is not worth my time. I clicked on the link thinking it might just be old and dusty, like a good dry Montana or other Rocky Mountain car. We all know that anything can be restored...all it takes is money...and if a car is valuable enough, it WILL get restored. In the case of a Volvo, pretty much any model, they are available in good shape for way less than restoration $$.
