All the tests you've done so far don't add up. You believe you have a pulse, have fuel flow, and the injectors aren't clogged.
Possibly you unclogged the injectors by cleaning and testing them...
Yes that's my plan after I get the new seals in. Mount them in the rails and flow each from the car by cranking the engine. If all still flow well I'll finish the install.
I already confirmed both power and pulse to the injectors so I'm not concerned on that front.
