Hi Andy,
I just went through this with my '72 after replacing inner fenders. Based on my research, no one is making these as a replacement, so the options are:
1. find a salvage panel and carefully remove them (I did this with the relay panel)
2. make your own fuse brackets
I went with #2 and just spot welded them on last weekend. Photo taken just before seam sealing.
