Worked 8 hours polishing, buffing out, waxing, buffing out, - using Griot's Garage products & a Porter-Cable random orbital machine.
The chemicals they sell are good on a cars finish.
It looks better than before; the Fast Correcting Cream does the work of the old 1-2-3-4 step polishes.
It removed a gray surface film I hadn't noticed.
The car gleams now.
About Sepia:
Ferry Porsche was an outdoorsman & an avid hunter- he enjoyed walking the hills in nature. Brown is an earthy color that is found in nature- its earth, soil, leaves.
It better suits a mature person who is perhaps conservative- not needing, nor wanting, to be noticed.
Just someone wanting to drive a fine automobile & appreciate it for its excellence.
My 911 has always attracted people to comment- at gas stations, coffee stops, wherever it was parked, even along highways with other drivers getting an eyeful, too close-up for my comfort.
Nobody has ever said that they don't like the color.
They just loved the car & wanted to tell me that.
