Great News !!!!
I finished the injector reseal and cleaning. I did run into an small issue that the plastic spacer ring in the seal kits were 2 times the thickness of the original ones. If I used those the the pital cover would not fit on completely. SO I just cleaned and reused the originals and all was good. Assembled the fuel rails and tested the injectors and had good spray. Finished the install and buttoned up the key items on the engine, flush the fuel lines and rails again, threw in new gas and fired it right up no problem. I smoked a little at start up but then cleaned right up and ran good. I need to double check all the fuel connections before I finish putting everything back on but at this point I declare success!
I can only suspect that the injectors were clogged enough to not spray and I dislodged it either during pulsing, removal or cleaning.
In checking all my electrical connections in the engine bay I did find that the connector where the O2 sensors plugs in is broken in half. I don't know If I did it accidently in working on the engine or not but it looks like an old crack. I'll have to check to see how I can repair this as the connector broke on the car side of the connection and not the sensor side.
