I see a well-loved car, with indications of good maintenance--the spark plug wires are an excellent aftermarket choice, and it's had modern A/C lines run (the originals were those red hoses that leaked like crazy). Might be worth it to have the A/C system checked out--they never worked great (the original York compressor is long-since obsolete), but it's a definite plus for a buyer if it's running.
Good luck with the sale--I sold my 73.5 a couple years ago to a neighbor, and it still stings when I see him driving it. They are a lot of fun!
