Nice Billy. Years ago when I was still riding with the Patriot Guard we got a request from a young girl on Long Island who wanted to be a biker when she grew up. Her cancer made it unlikely.
About 50 bikes gathered to visit her. We brought her a helmet and vest to keep then put her in one of those huge pillion seats on a Gold Wing. We paraded her around, went for ice cream and paraded some more. We brought her back when we saw her getting tired and treated her to a traditional farewell with all of us lined up in front of her house and roaring off one at a time. A tearful ride home but such a good day.
