Calm down guys - that's no bite.
Contact dermatitis - AKA poison ivy (Maybe poison oak, or fig, or something similar).
No big deal in small doses. It sucks if you get it in your eyes or on your private parts.
I have gotten that numerous times each summer since I was a teen. No mistaking it.
