Funny that all the plumbers at work recommend Moen. Maybe it is a future work thing for them?
I have Moen stuff in the new bath downstairs and it has been good for 5 years or so. Maybe a preemptive cartridge replacement before they seize in the housing.
I have to change seats and washers on my old Price Pfister shower faucets. Bit of a pain but they are almost 30 years old and have been serviced every 10 years approximately.
The same age bath sink faucet had cartridges changed out just a few years ago. Pfister sent those to me free of charge. That is pretty great service.
