Hi
I am importing a US 1976 911 to the UK and would like to preserve the 'survivor' patina. The clear coat has been burnt off in places so I would like advice how to gently remove any contaminants (hand cut/polish?) before I apply a Renaissance wax coating. I plan to work sympathetically panel by panel and not rush it.
Any advice welcomed!
