This is the Snap-Off QD...on top of an ebay adapter...on top the factory-installed Personal hub.
It's moved quite a bit closer to me, but I find it to be very comfortable for driving to work and even better when driving with a bit more enthusiasm.
I've got the seat pretty far back tho. I'm 6'1" without abnormally short/long legs. I can only just get the clutch bottomed out.
