This is a guess, but I would say that those are tolerances......of 50+5...I.E. +5/-0 spec, resulting in a torque value of 50-55 (although I can't say I've seen them expressed quite that way before)
However, some of the other specs, like the tie rod show typical +/- tolerances of 80 +/-8 giving you a spec value of 72-88.
