Whilst the door panels are off, you can check if the doors are original to the car by checking for the 4 digit number stamped on the inner face. On my 3.2 the numbers are located just above the large oval cut out.
The 4 digit number should correspond to the last 4 digits of the number stamped behind the knee pad trim pieces.
You should be able to confirm if a complete new passenger door had been fitted, or just a new door skin.
