I just finished binge-watching this show too. After seeing what he's accomplished here, I moved him up a few rungs on my "car-guy" ladder. Ant has very impressive skills and is self-taught to boot. Although I enjoyed watching Edd China do his thing on WD, I'll have to say that I think Ant leaves him in the dust as far as fabrication and overall mechanical ability are concerned. I also think that he explains the tasks at hand and his thinking process very well too.
I also like the format of his show...especially the occasional chats about his personal stuff, or when he interacts with the film crew a bit. Definitely the kind of guy I'd like to sit down and have a chat with over a few beers.
