Tell me about Arberdeen, WA
A friend's, friend need dump a couple pieces of family properties up there due to infighting within the family. I am told that the rental market is healthy and stable (I question that in a small cities). I have never been there but only start to read about the place a little bit. Any thoughts? One duplex and the other single family. A bit run down, but nothing can't be fixed.
