I figure that much with many small towns across the US. Typically lack of work and many are on some type of assistance. Holy siht, something to think about. Thanks for the tip. Family owns 16 properties there. Bought 40 years ago for stupid money. They are willing to dump the three that's not in the trust for 60k for the 2 bed, 1 bath, 80k for the duplex. They needs a bit of work but I am told rent is about 750 bucks.
Also, most are rented to Mexican immigrants. What do they do there? Farming or ?
