buy a junk one, rebuild that one and contine to run yours while you rebuild it. I'm talking about going all out on it, Cryo-treat all gears (I don't konw if they'll do syncros) and buy a good LSD (I know KAAZ used to make a 1.5 way, not sure if they still do; but I would try to avoid a TORSEN). I've got 2 extra trannies (both with bad R&P) and only one has a good diff (open). However, the gears are in excellant shape, I'll sell them both real cheap if your interested.
