Yep. that's exactly what I was thinking. At that price, buy them both. My thinking is, for under 200k worth the investment, my ROI is 2300 bucks a month. No way I get that in LA. Its more like 850-900k with 4000 in return monthly. I know, I maybe dealing with the lower quality crowd there.
Any one know why there are so many Mexican immigrants there? Migrant workers, farming industry? Not sure if that true, just hearsay.
