No, but I don't do so much anymore. If I were out doing a bunch of work, them I would definitely wear them. My knees are messed up from crashing on my bicycles, banging myself up white water rafting and working without knee pads when I was ten feet tall made of steel in my early 20s. I laugh at the old farts who wore knee pads and shown them what I am made of. I go and knee on concrete with a pair of shorts for a few hours doing work like install a hardwood floor or cabinet install. What a dumb fook I was. My body is good, no pains, back is great but I jsut wish I hadn't done those dumb things in my youth.
