Lots of good info. Never driven through the Southwest area. Only Texas and east. Definitely want to hit Rt 66( or whats left of it...)
My stepsons moving back east, so I'm driving his car back for him. Unfortunately its gonna be loaded with his stuff.
The week in LA, I'm staying in Marina Del Rey, but will be doing a lot of traveling around checking things out. My stepson works in Beverly Hills so hes pretty much my local info guide. I want to take a run up Topanga Canyon one day while I'm there. Maybe hit Mulholland also. Lots of plans. Hopefully I can get to it all.
