Seahawk's route is great, but a good ways South of RT 66, which goes through Albuquerque..
If you do Sea's routed, on HWY 60 before Socorro, check out the Very Large Array.
28 huge 80' moveable radio telescope dishes on the huge flat plane near west of Socorro.
Spectacular.
It co-starred with Jodie Foster in the movie "Contact".
