Eyeing stagecoach on BAT. Thinking of electric conversion. Would that hurt resale?

1. original leather
2. rare "donner pass edition" seat piping.
3. Sunroof delete.
4. Wagon wheels mounted and balanced, but low speed shimmy at 3 mph.
5. Barn find- was stored in barn for 150 years according to PO.

I'm concerned about the shimmy.

Thoughts?

edit- Coach has detailed maintenance records. Synthetic tallow used on all four corners. Involved in minor indian attack in 1849 (not on carfax). I'm thinking the arrowheads embedded in the left front wheel is causing the shimmy. I need a pelican in the PA. area to go check this out.
